How do I get a catalogue?
Contact us through the website "contact" field requesting a catalogue and we will happily send one out to you. Remember to include your address details!

The button on my jacket/shirt came off. Can I get replacement buttons?
You can send us a message through our Contact Form with your name, phone number, email address, and any other contact information you wish to provide, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?
If you have ordered incorrect size or are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging with tags attached for full refund. Cost of return is at your expense. Return with your details/original packing slip to: Outback Trading Company, 200 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North 4414

Any returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Must be in “new” condition

  • ☑ Can not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • ☑ Must include the original tags.

Do you offer a guarantee service?
Because we put so much into each garment we make, we're not afraid to back it up with a One Year Performance Guarantee.

We guarantee each garment to be free from defective materials and workmanship. If there's a problem we'll repair or replace it at our discretion for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. Damage caused by misuse, improper care of alterations by persons other than Outback Trading is not covered. Original proof of purchase is required for replacement. 

Be sure to follow the care label instructions to preserve appearance, performance and wearability. Care label is located inside the garment. 

Care Instructions For Oilskin: Clean your garment by hanging it up and rinsing it down with cold water. Use a brush or sponge to remove tougher dirt. Hang in an airy location to dry or to store out of season. Periodically, use Outback's "Duckback"reproofing Cream, to reseal seams, friction points and to touch up dry areas. 

Can I buy advertising space on your site?
Outback Trading Company has vowed never to sell advertising space in its website, in order to provide customers and retailers with a more pleasant and less encumbered experience.

Can I buy an Outback retail franchise?
Franchise opportunities and/or licensing to operate an Outback retail outlet are not available. We have no plans to franchise the operations at this time.

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes you can! Our gift vouchers are a perfect gift option for the adventurers in your life. Check them out here

 Why are not all options available on all products?

Sometimes the design of a pattern or the fabric a garment is made out of does not allow for certain options to be included. The designers have spent a great deal of time determining the best design for each garment and what will and will not work.

Do you have a phone number so we can call you?
Outback Trading Company provides a Contact Form for the general public to reach our customer support and management staff. Retailers who order and sell Outback products are given access to our telephone number for ease of communication.
